Chrysalis writing workshop is for women interested exploring inner growth, outer protection and the distinct metamorphosis of their creative expression. All parts matter.
We'll meet in the lounge, discuss embodied writing, and then transition with a guided meditation to our writing prompt. Bring a journal or computer for in-session writing time.
